Tips.

Clear your schedule the couple hours before and after the shoot so you can be completely present.

Bring a variety of snacks to help with any cravings that might come up and clothes so that if you don't feel comfortable in something you can swap it out for another dress/top/pants at any time.

Newborn

Tips.

Pack a lot of extra wipes and diapers

Feed your baby right before you leave the house.

Bring plenty pumped milk or formula, or be ready to take breaks and nurse on site.

If you have treasured blankets or props, bring them with you. Interesting textures represent well in newborn photography.

Don’t apply any new lotions or creams to the baby that may cause an allergic reaction before picture day.

Bring your baby’s best swaddling blanket in case he/she needs to feel comforted during breaks.

Allow the photographer to do his/her job. It’s OK to give input as to how your photo shoot is going, but what the photographer sees through the lens is different from what you see in person. Trust the professional.

If the shoot is in your home, crank up the heat. A cozy baby is a happy baby.

If the family plans to be in any of your pictures, choose solid, non-patterned clothing and a complimentary color scheme. White, black or neutrals work well.

Expect your newborn to pee or poop on themselves or the photographer at least once. It happens.

This includes a 2-3 hour session plus a disc with 25 images at no extra charge to you. this does not include Event , Newborn or Maternity shoots.

Full payment is made the day of your session. Cash and checks only. $20.00 security deposit needed for packages. Any fees associated with chosen location will be the client’s responsibility.

The BEST 20-30 images will be edited and delivered on CD by mail about 2-4 weeks after your session. There is a $50 rush fee to have the images shipped out within 5 days.

Once you have booked a session with a quoted price, you are then locked into that price regardless of future changes. All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

Additional travel fee of $25 for any sessions located 30 miles outside of 77076 zip code.

Rescheduling is completely understandable for weather or child illness issues. I will do my best to fit you in as soon as possible.
